These are the cupcakes I made for Mother’s Day!
Ok, ok I may have had a few bites, just to make sure they tasted alright. But I’ll have you know, my Seven Days of No Sugar is going very well! I may have snuck a few bites of sugar, but my self-control with the sugar is vasty improving! I’ll have a few recap of the week on Thursday!
But back to the cupcakes….
How are the 7 days of no sugar going?? Well? Difficult? You gave up after an hour?
Well, I’m on Day 3 and going strong! I’m not going to lie, the second day was the hardest for me. I craved the sugar to the point where I needed to satisfy my carbohydrate cravings with some bread (no sugar added, thank you very much).
But slowly but surely, it’s getting much easier. I’m feeling better and not stuffing myself at meals just for the taste of something sweet.
And I have a GREAT sweet morning treat to share!
