Fact: As I am typing this, I am enjoying another one of these smoothies.
Seriously, I never imagined a smoothie would taste SO GOOD with vegetables in it! But I hope you don’t stop reading! You should really give pureed vegetables a chance. Cool and refreshing on a hot Texas summer day, or perfect post-workout! A smoothie and a salad at one time!
If you are throughly confused right now about the type of “vegetables” I am referring to, then that answer would be: SPINACH!
Sometime I get a little overzealous and buy the HUGE spinach container in the grocery store. And there are just so many salads I can eat at one time.
I had heard whispers of putting spinach in smoothies and people saying you couldn’t taste it. I didn’t believe them. I tried it myself and I am now a spinach smoothie convert. And just look at the beautiful green color! Lots of chlorophyll there! I highly recommend putting spinach in your next smoothie. My smoothie combo was banana, mango, and spinach. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!

That looks awesome, Kimberly! I’m definitely going to try it when I get home to American and have a blender!
